I contacted Hefferin Tree Service because after a storm 2 trees boarding my neighbor started to lean against a third tree. I was worried the leaning trees could fall on my neighbors property or my property which would have hit my garage. I contacted Hefferin on a Monday morning by phone from work. I explained I couldn't be home and asked if they could go to my house and look at the problem. Within a few hours they called me with a very reasonable quote and said they would be able to remove the 2 trees within a few days. When I returned home on Wednesday - 2 days later - the trees were gone. What impressed me was there was no mess left over (it looked as if the trees were never there!), they did the work on time, and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I was impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise the crew provided. Highly recommend if you want a quality job the first time. From start to finish they did an amazing job taking down our huge pine tree. They used a Crain and softly placed each piece down or into there truck with ease. The entire crew was professional and even the way they handled the neighbors was great. I highly recommend and the price was fair.

The crew arrived on time and worked nonstop for several hours. We had them remove a very tall spruce tree and trim and prune several other trees ( tulip, cherry, dogwood, birch) and pare back an overgrown wysteria. They also ground out a stump from a prior removal. Everything was done neatly and the clean up was excellent. Price was fair. The crew chief knocked on the door to be sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. It was a cold day but they all worked hard. We left some decisions to their judgment and they knew what they were doing. So we were pleased.
